Hauser's Patio Furniture - Delivery and Pickup

Save your receipt. While we do maintain sales records, it is your responsibility to prove proof of purchase. No manufacturer will proceed with a request for warranty service without a dated proof of purchase by the original owner. Warranties are not transferable.

If you purchased the furniture from Hauser’s, we will be your advocate with the manufacturer. Call us at 619 275-4770 and request warranty service. Please understand that different manufactures have different policies as regards warranties and that we will do our best to simplify the process. We will make the calls and deal with the frustrations of being on hold, doing the paperwork, and describing the problems in the right terminology. In most cases you may contact the manufacturer direct, if you prefer to handle the warranty yourself.

If your purchase is within the first year, Hauser’s Patio will pick up or re-deliver your items at our expense if you paid for delivery at time of purchase. If you picked up your furniture from either store location or our warehouse, or your furniture is over one year old, you are responsible for transportation of your furniture to our warehouse location.

Also, please understand that most manufacturers have the same policies as regard transportation (freight) costs to and from the manufacturer after the first year. These charges are your responsibility.

Most manufacturers have the option to repair, replace or refinish product at their discretion and that in the case of discontinued style, frame color or fabric that another style, color or fabric will be substituted on warranty item only.

Please remember that problems with furniture purchased at Hauser’s Patio is a small percentage of our overall sales, but that should a problem arise, we will do our very best to represent you in maximizing the manufacturers warranty.
